Job Cancellation & Lead Policy
1. Cancellation & Lead Policy (No Refund):
Once a job is accepted, the deducted credit points are strictly non-refundable, even if the job is canceled due to customer changes or on-site barriers. If a cancellation occurs, please tap "Cancel" inside the app so we can update the system and log the case details.
2. ⚠️ Quote-Base Leads (No Refund):
For Quote-Base jobs, points are entirely non-refundable upon acceptance because the system instantly reveals the client's direct contact details. If you only need to rearrange installation dates, do not cancel—contact support to reschedule instead.
