Our specialized repainting services are designed specifically for property agents and investors looking to refresh units for rent or sale. We provide a complete repainting service for the entire unit, including walls and ceilings.
Service Details:
- Surface: Whole unit walls and ceilings.
- Paint Type: Emulsion paint in white color.
- Exclusions: Wood and metal surfaces are not included in this service.
Pricing:
- This pricing is focused on apartment studio units with an estimated area of 350 - 500 sq. ft. Please contact us for a tailored quote based on your specific needs.
Traffic Fee:
A RM50 traffic fee will be charged for technician visits. However, this fee will be deducted from the total service cost once the job is completed. Please note that the traffic fee is non-refundable if the service is not carried out.
