On-Site Inspection Troubleshooting, Repair & Parts Replacement Service
1. For troubleshooting, repair or parts replacement of internal and external air-conditioning unit parts, we will charge an additional labor fee of RM 50.
2. Before repairing or replacing any air-conditioning parts, our technicians will provide you with a clear estimate. The total charge will depend on the price of the air-conditioning parts, the work location and time period, ensuring that the charges are absolutely reasonable and fair.
Warranty details:
We only provide a 14-day warranty for this service, and the warranty period mainly covers the air conditioning gas cooling effect and drainage system problems. This repair service does not cover all internal/external parts failures of the replaced air-conditioning.
Service fee:
The technicians who come to the site for inspection will charge a labor fee of RM50. However, this fee will be deducted from the total service fee after the work is successfully completed. Please note that this labor fee will not be refunded if no repair or service is provided after inspection and troubleshooting.
